Delete your Jeeya account

Jeeya by Sthiroot Private Limited

You can delete your Jeeya account and the personal data tied to it at any time. There are two ways to do it.

Option 1: In the app (immediate)

Open Jeeya and sign in.
Go to the Profile tab and scroll to the bottom.
Tap Delete account, enter your password and confirm.

Your account and data are deleted right away.

Option 2: By email (if you cannot use the app)

Send an email to tech@sthiroot.com from the email address registered on your Jeeya account, with the subject Delete my Jeeya account. We may ask you to confirm it is you. We delete the account within 30 days of confirming your request.

What is deleted

Your profile: name, email, phone number, date of birth, sex, height, weight, location (city and state), goals and health conditions you entered.
Your food logs and food photos, activity and sleep records, check-ins and accuracy scores.
Your meal and activity plans, favorite foods, feedback, travel dates and food maker (cook) details.
Your notification settings and device push tokens.

What is not deleted by us

Payment records held by Apple, Google Play or Razorpay. They keep these under their own policies, and we cannot delete them.
Anonymous, aggregated data that can no longer identify you.

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription bought through Apple or Google Play. To stop being billed, cancel it in your Apple ID subscriptions (iPhone) or in Google Play, Payments and subscriptions, Subscriptions (Android).
